Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Mimic ("we", "us") for using this website. Mimic rebuilds apps and websites from links, screenshots, screen recordings and descriptions, so you can learn from them and make your own. By creating an account or using Mimic you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you.
• You sign in with your Flodit account. Keep its password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person, one account. Making extra accounts to get more free credits isn't allowed.

Credits and plans

• Credits pay for the AI work in Mimic AI builds and changes. Each build shows how many credits it used; bigger jobs use more.
• New accounts get 500 free credits once, after confirming their email.
• Paid plans renew every month until you cancel, and add their credits each time a payment goes through. Unused credits stay in your account while it is open.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.
• You can cancel any time from Manage plan on the pricing page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payments are handled by our payment partner, Dodo Payments.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Own AI plan

With the Own AI plan you connect your own AI account or key (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini). That provider's charges and rules apply to that use, and they are between you and them.

What you may and may not make

Use Mimic to learn from designs and to build your own products. Don't use it to:

• pass off a copy as the original company, or use its name, logo or trademarks in a way that could confuse people;
• make pages that trick people into giving passwords, payment details or other personal information;
• publish text, images, code or other material you don't have the right to use;
• read pages you aren't allowed to access or share, or break any law;
• attack, overload or get around the limits of Mimic, or share or resell your account.

We may remove builds and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

What you make

• What Mimic builds for you is yours to use. Other people's rights still apply to anything that came from what you copied, such as their logos, text and images. Check that you're allowed to use them before you publish.
• You keep ownership of what you upload. You let us store and process it, and send it to our AI provider, only to run Mimic for you.
• AI can make mistakes. Check what it builds before you rely on it or put it online.

The service

We work to keep Mimic running well, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.

Ending

You can stop using Mimic any time. To delete your account, email us at support@flodit.com.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll email you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.
